lussebullar made with love

tonight i've been practicing my housewife skills with quite excellent result. i've made lussebullar aka saffron buns. it was quite difficult to get the right ingridienses though since australia don't have anything sweden has.. so instead of kesella - i had to use ricotta cheese, and instead of normal yeast this dry yeast stuff.. weird australians. and our oven is crazy..but after all they turn out pretty awesome.
